2021 Dalrymple Vineyards Single Site Ouse Pinot Noir 750ml Sena This has the mark ofREVIEWS & AWARDS: 95 HALLIDAY A brooding aroma of black olive and licorice opens to a gorgeous lift of violets, cherry cola, plum skin and blackberries. The palate is initially subdued with a tight wound core of red fruits driven with a fine acid drive, but with time the texture grows with fleshy plums, confit cranberries, dark spices and an underlying earthy peat from the bunch inclusions and a tight savoury finish that lingers with a slate finesse.
