I would think those would be able to be swapped as one had more tone controls better suited to live or broadcast

I paid a hefty 3 figure sum to obtain a mint one

Fostex D-10 regulator pcb 8251912 103 Boxed valve from Tungsram believedPCB from the above machine, nice and clean. easy to replace. I have noted that these regulators get warm, a little too warm as for me, if it was my machine, I would change them from 1 amp to 2 amp versions.
