This region has always been associated with viticulture, being one of the most historically important regions in Italy and Europe at large, and having a strong tradition of trade and innovation. Ballerin uses the "Champagne" model to produce it sparkling wines namely, combining only Chardonnay and Pinot Noir varietals in their blend. This gives the wine a clean, crisp taste that goes
