Domaine Bruno Clair, Pinot Noir, Chambolle-Musigny "Les Véroilles" Côte de Nuits, Burgundy, France 2020 noinventory Nose: Complex100% Pinot Noir from vines planted in 1989. 30% whole cluster, indigenous yeast fermentation in open wooden tanks, minimal punch downs and pump overs (one each per day in general). Aged for 18 months in barrel (0 50% new). Located on two plots that were abandoned after the phylloxera crisis, until Bruno Clair replanted in 1989.
