this unit has wires on rather than molex plugs I believe this to be the 120 volt version as on the panel at the rear it says 120V AC 60Hz 50 watt
On old units they glass up or worse turn into a really gooey sticky mess( thats maybe what I will sell you as I am selling just the centre metal part here)
These are very unreliable LEDs I was collecting these till I could put new leds in
