Seacrow. sea birds artist Kurt Jackson's fascination withThis handmade print was created by Kurt Jackson and masted printmaker Simon Marsh for Jackson's 2018 Seacrows exhibition. These prints result from carborundum (a metal powder grit) being mixed with an adhesive and then painted onto several transparent sheets. Once dried, these plates are each inked with a different colour and then printed as overlapping, superimposed combinations to build up the final image. Polymer carborundum print Plate size 83 x
