2024 Yeringberg Babyberg 750ml Domaine Leroy granular in spice characterAbout This Wine A skinsy, savoury twist on Yeringbergs white blend, made from young vines and handled with a light touch. Babyberg is a project for Yeringbergs younger vines, allowing more freedom in winemaking and a fresh take on the estates style. The Marsanne makes up the bulk of the blend and spent around three weeks on skins, adding structure and chew. Roussanne was pressed straight to old barrels to preserve perfume, while Viognier was fermented
