The rum is distilled from molasses, then aged for over 7 years in American oak Nose: Fruity notes up front, with sweet tangerines, apricots and then vanilla ice cream, drizzled with runny toffee sauce. Palate: Vanilla and cinnamon with hints of raisin (sultana's) Finish: Medium length with punchy cinnamon. 750ml 40% ABV
