1/6 Daguerreotype of ID'd Man WILLIAM TELL CLAUDE Annapolis Maryland cat couple of corner creases thatSixth plate daguerreotype of William Tell Claude (1821 1873) of Annapolis, Maryland. Identified with original note as well as a more modern note. Possibly taken by John W. Bear, whose studio was in the Annapolis Courthouse. In full case. Dag is in very good antique condition. There appears to be a soft bend in the plate in the lower left area, but it doesn't stand out or detract from the image. Resealed. Case is complete and intact. Boxed shipping.
