2024 Serrat Pinot Noir 750ml dragon bridged by soy/hoisin sauce notesThis wine is from the original planting of MV6 Pinot Noir, plus a proportion of newer plantings of 848, MV6, 943 and Pommard clone. We added about 30% whole bunch in the ferments in 2024, which has given the wine quite a punchy and fragrant aroma, that evolves nicely as the wine sits in the glass. It was aged in 500 litre French oak puncheons, on lees for 11 months. 25% new Tronacis oak. The bouquet is dominated by the darker cherry and a plummy hint
