This is a small pcb with two dual pots on one is 10k log the other is 50k dual (not sure if log or lin but guessing Lin) these dual pots are used in a lot of Teac stuff from mixers to portasudios

Both the cap and the bush have set screws in them to lock them into place, the whole assembly then slides into the tension arm where the pin is tightened up with a screw that holds it
