ID'd Woman in Profile by Virginia Photographer Rees 1860s Tintype Photo South sheriff mount is 4" x 2Ninth plate tintype of a woman in profile, with E. J. Rees's advertising card in back. She is identified by a note as Ella Harding, and again inside of the case. She was the wife of William Harding, the Confederate soldier that I am listing separately. This is from the same estate as my daguerreotype of the Virginia physician and the ambrotype of the widow, both listed separately. Tintype is in very good or better antique condition with no damage.
