1950s Isamu Noguchi for Knoll Childs Cyclone Side Table with 24" Top, Model 87 Nakashima This is a Dedalotto UmbrellaThis is a Child's Cyclone Side Table, Model 87, originally designed by Isamu Noguchi for Knoll in 1954. This early example dates to the 1950s. The piece has a cast iron base which is coated in black porcelain enamel, and it has a white laminate top. The welded chromed steel base adds a sculptural element to the design. The table measures 24 inches in diameter and 20 inches high. This piece does show wear from previous use including minor scratches and
