France - 19th Century Measuring Tool Southern France hand sourced in Paris8 x 14L This rare wooden measuring wheel dates from the nineteenth century. We believe that it was used for measuring wine barrels to determine the length of metal strapping and bracing required to hold it together. Hand selected in Northern France.
