The bottom of the desk top from the ground is 26-1/2" but total clearance from the ground is 24-3/4" to the middle support beam

The set is in very good vintage condition

This example was produced by Scanform in Colombia in the early 1970s. The Kontiki line was inspired by the movable nature of safari furniture, in that it can be assembled and disassembled for travel. The wooden teak frame is held together by strong leather belts, without the use of glue or screws. We have had the straps and cushions fully reupholstered in a fine rust
