2018 Fraser Gallop Parterre Cabernet Sauvignon 750ml whisky Recommended drinking window: 2026–2070+Fraser Gallops Parterre Cabernet takes its inspiration from some of the great wines of Bordeaux displaying their finesse and structure whilst still allowing the Margaret River fruit to shine. The outstanding 2018 vintage is a blend of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Petit Verdot, 4% Malbec, 3% Merlot and 1% Cabernet Franc matured for 18 months in a combination of new and second use French oak.
