DK: Approximately 100g 231 yards superwash Merino wool. This is a 4 ply DK weight yarn. These were kettle dyed with a wash of deep red followed by mahogany red, both applied in a very crowded pot which results in a mottled strike. Finally they were speckled with copper, brown, gold and bright red. The hanks are not twisted prior to speckling so coverage is more random. This is a highly variegated colourway and each hank is slightly different,
