there are mixtures and layers of "caillottes" (small limestone pebbles and rocks with compacted chalky marl) and "terres Blanches" (Kimmeridgian marl)

The wine is marked by silky tannins and an elegant balance

Spice and floral notes of gardenia, rose petal, coffee and clove. Soft and supple tannins for a mouth watering finish.
