The grapes were fermented separately whole cluster in stainless steel tanks and then blended immediately after pressing. The wine was then aged for eight months in neutral oak barrels. Unfined, unfiltered with a 20ppm SO2 addition at bottling. Only 3300 bottles of this cuve were produced and it is a beautifully elegant, balanced and powerful wine. Rajat Parr does not need much of
