I bought a few spare boards for repairing my Tascam 38 however it seems that Tascam made at least two versions of this board and maybe 3 Its similar to ones used on the 32 and 34 models but they have more components and I doubt you could use this for them

Fostex A-4 A-8 switch PCB 8251035000 they normally break orThis the 6 button switch panel thats sits under the front panel to select rewind play etc. Connection is via a molex plug so an easy unit to change I have sold out as I used they last one to get the switches off as they break on other units, if anyone finds some let me know I need them , I have a lot of headaches with Fostex pcb switches
