It looks like the seals have dried up, scattered tarnish.. old say still in very good antique condition overall. In a full case that is 3. 75" x 3. 25" when closed. Separated covers. Based on another photo picked up with this one and the location found,, this was likely taken in Minnesota, and possibly in or around Minneapolis 7807(x)
