Over time, we meticulously harvested buds from this vine and grafted them onto roots at our winery. As a result, we now boast one hectare of ancient pre Phylloxera 'Slection Clonale', deriving exclusively from this 1853 vine, with its distinct flavor and tannin characteristics. Alcohol ABV: 13. 5%
