This jock has a 3 panel pouch with much more room for containing but not crushing a hefty bulge. Rimming the pouch is a thickly padded 2 3 wide edge with the most padding behind the ballsack at the taint. We designed the BULGER with this to fix 2 things many jockstraps dont do for bigger bulgers: 1. The padded rim is sturdy enough to lift and push up out even the hugest jumbo junk.
