Domaine Ricard, Sauvignon Blanc "Le Petiot" Touraine, Loire Valley, France 2024 biodynamic dried apple slices100% Sauvignon Blanc from 35 to 40 year old vines near the village of Thse. The soil is gravelly clay limestone. Grapes are manually harvested and undergo a 3 week fermentation. The wine is then aged in 90% stainless steel, on lees, and 10% in old barrels.
