Like all my other mammoth teeth it is finely polished and reveals great striations of the tooth material. This is an excellent collectors tooth in excellent condition and at an excellent price. The Tooth is nicely displayed in this glass fronted case, resting on a bed of cotton. The tooth was removed to photograph its back side. Weight with case 6 ounces Tooth
