Distilled in December 2011 using their own barley this great single malt was matured for 12 years in first fill bourbon casks. Theres an elegant and refined character here with notes of baked apple, spice, caramel, vanilla and citrus zest on palate. A limited edition whisky thats one of 7500 bottles.
