Hand and Wrist Cover - No Weight Schedules & Routines Length: 400 cmThese are designed for those individuals who like to chew on cuffs or bite the back of their hands. Made from a soft, wipeable, water resistant outer and soft fleece inner. An elastic strap holds the hand weight in place. Each cover has a wide velcro fastening and so is adjustable. The hand and wrist weights have been used in classrooms, physiotherapy and occupational therapy to help provide some proprioception deep pressure input to forearms
