2022 Ashton Hills Reserve Pinot Noir 750ml Gernischt Region: Clare ValleyDark blue fruits, campari and Italian herbs. Star anise, licorice and bitter chocolate sit in the background. Immediately more powerful, the dark fruited palate is tight and structural. Initially closed, the dark fruits start to flourish amongst the concentrated and complex palate. The tight fine tannins and pure acid line integrate beautifully with the oak, resulting in a wine that shows well now but its best will be revealed after a few years in the
