In 1929 it merged with Western Air Express as Transcontinental & Western Air

1960s W. German Carstens Tönnieshof Fat Lava Floor Vase storage 5cm Height: 24cmA wonderful 1960s orange, black, brown and ochre glazed floor vase. The neck and the interior of the vase is brown glaze. Manufactured by Carstens Tonnieshof in West Germany. Model no. 7600 50. A perfect example of a colourful midcentury modern vase which will add colour to a dark corner, shelf or sideboard. Suitable for most rooms of the home perhaps with Pampas Grass placed in it to really got for that retro sixties feel. In good vintage condition
