Crafted in 15k gold throughout, the hand its beautifully textured throughout with a floral cuff at the top that meets the gold jump ring. The juicy emerald is perfectly placed across the pointer finger, whilst the hand holds a small gold ball a lovely symbol of friendship holding onto something forever I expect an old conversion
