The grapes for Alpha Estate's Sauvignon Blanc are grown on a sandy, high altitude (620 710m ASL) plateau. This wine is aged 4 months sur lie with frequent stirring. Alpha Estate's Sauvignon Blanc is brilliantly light yellow in color with greenish tints. A strong and lively nose suggests gooseberry, passion fruits, melon, litchi with a note of honeysuckle. Round and mellow on the palate, quite balanced with plenty of finesse. A
