NEW 2022 Ivy Elliot Rosé Prestige ‘Ivy Elliott’ Sparkling RoséA new bottling, a new disgorgement, and it's vintage deliciously fresh! Just like the Non Vintage, this wine is Plush! It has just been disgorged having spent three years on lees (late disgorged). Predominantly Pinot Noir (75%) grapes from Robe are highlighted in this wine, with a backbone of Mount Gambier Chardonnay (25%). High quality fruit, whole bunch pressed and a steady primary ferment, captured the pretty red fruits making for an elegant Ros.
