This was removed from a working unit model A3440 but I think it may work in some other units as they have the same keyboard

These boards do not often go wrong but they are worth buying as a spare in case you loose a channel

lots of standard audio transitors NE545b ics 6 of those plus loads of other parts that are very useful

TEAC Erase head part number 53783011 two track Tascam 22-2 This was removed from aI have seen many heads that have same specs but different part numbers and can only assume these are later models though I would have though they would be interchangable Thsi is erase head two track two channel
