Tascam M-208 M-216 M-2516 double VU meter 52101458-00 meter 5296007100 these are really nice wellThis is a pair of meters on the 52101458 00 pcb used in the M series mixers though the VU meters have been used on many many other models Meters tested and guaranteed , lights are not though they seem to be my standard replacement 8 volt axial type
