4x7 Antique Farahan Sarouk Persian Rug Pull Down Maps Perhaps this was a travel:: Quite a unique antique rug. A Farahan Sarouk Persian rug circa 1890 that not only has an end with its original plain weave still intact, but also, has a shape along with its center medallion that changes from one end to the other which is something that was often intentionally done by weavers back in the day as a way to begin the process of weaving upon a loom. The colors of this rug are quite beautiful with gold and seafoam green detailing, and
