Signatory Vintage Port Dundas 2008 Chenin Blanc Finish: Long and balancedDistilled at Port Dundas on August 6, 2008 and aged in a pair of of Oloroso Sherry Butts (second fill) for 16 years. Port Dundas closed the following year and was demolished in 2011 making this whisky somewhat of a unicorn. To preserve the unique characteristics of this single grain offering, it was bottled without shill filtering or added colour.
