Vintage 40s Neck Tie Zigzag Geometric Underwater Bubbles Jacquard Wembley VFG Party I found a couple ofI love the colorway used for this 1940s necktie, and the quirky use of the vertical zigzag knobby print. I believe the fabric is rayon, and the jacquard weave is also quirky it reminds me of an underwater scene with seaweed and bubbles! The primary color is pastel apricot, set off by the dark purple tie point and the rust red used for the wider zigzags. Black is also used to set off some of the elements.
