I have seen these broken before

Tascam 22-2 and 22-4 reel motor removed from working parts decks that I needed to buy to get a machine of mine working

Used in a UK Tascam 34 and may well be used in some other models

to find when you need one

It seems there are many versions of the same board and it would be populated as per customers request, I have put the part number and the revision number as i presume thats how you would have ordered it from the factory I have two versions of the issue number but probably they can be used in same situaton as cables to main connections are
