Distilled in November 2013 and matured in a refill bourbon hogshead before being finished for 3 years in a 1st fill Oloroso sherry hogshead. Bottled in May 2024 at 56. 8% abv. The palate is full bodied with notes of fresh hay, chamomile, gelatin sweets, orange peel and a hint of leather. This single cask whisky is offers fantastic value for money.
