On the back in period pencil the girls are identified: "Jennie Dalzell left" "Nettie Dalzell right" Jennie (Jenny) M. Dalzell Paullin was born in 1867 and died in 1939. Nettie F. Dalzell Atchinson was born in 1865 and died in 1948. Nettie's dress has the word CARR on it, as well as a pair of tiny scissors pinned to the front of her dress, and I recognize that hashtag looking
