Bass Phillip only has a small amount of Nebbiolo planted, and whilst the depth of colour is deceiving, the tannins reveal the truth to this variety. Deep purple, it's exuberant with lifted florals and raspberry and pomegranate fruit. Charcoal and earth reveal themselves on the palate, and those tannins kick in to keep things snappy and dry.
