Dickinson Jewett not a photographer I'm very familiar with. I believe he was Major R. Dickinson Jewett, a wealthy lawyer in Washington, D. C. at the time I'm wondering if "Tink" was the family dog, and Jewett captured and made a few copies of this image while practicing photography as a hobby. If that was the case, this could be a very rare or even one of a kind image
