This was removed from a Teac 85-16 recorder and is a Hirose connector male 34 pin part number I believe

Tascam 38 2 part headcover without badge from a working unitOddlly enough this one of the hardest spare parts to get for the Tascam 38 normally the lower part gets broken and lost with time, very few Tascams have the original badge now though by looking on www. tapeheads. net one man has printed the templates which can be printed out and then fixed with a perspex cover to make it look nice. Slight scratching but the head flips up and down and the two ears and spring are on place the little bumper inside is
