PALATE Bright citrus with banana, pineapple and sweet apple, decked with Victoria sponge cake and white chocolate mousse. FINISH Gooey toffee and ripe tropical fruits develop towards a long, rich, sweetly spiced malt finish. FOOD MATCH Creamy Tuscan chicken with a squeeze of lemon, followed by an old English tea cake
