Vintage Heart Shaped Ring Box in French Ivory (Celluloid) platinum Ring comes with recent appraisalBeautiful, dainty ring box made in French ivory (celluloid) with a push button clasp for secure closure. Inside is rich, dark burgundy maroon velvet to softly hold a special ring and a silk lining in the lid. This piece is in amazing condition but does have issues with patina on the metal hinge at the back (see photos). There has been no attempt to clean this. Era: Approx 1920 1930 Markings: Lining has details for James Craig, Jeweler in Johnstone.
