Red Line Toasted Bourbon - Barrel # 119 Local dates and figs with liquoriceRed Line Toasted Bourbon is made by taking the distillery's award winning Cask Strength Straight Bourbon and aging it for an additional period in a custom made, second barrel. The finishing barrel is assembled from 18 month air dried wood and then toasted (not charred) as a normal bourbon barrel would be. This process allows for the sugars in the wood to be drawn to the interior surface where the bourbon will be making contact, adding amazing flavors
