Matured in a combination of Pedro Ximnez and Oloroso Sherry casks this release is richly sherried with indulgent fruit cake and spice flavours. Aromas of apricot, roasted almonds and raisins give way to notes dark cherry and honeyed sultanas on the palate. The flavours pack a real punch when bottled at a cask strength of 58. 6% abv.
