2023 Yeringberg Babyberg 750ml Louis Roedere all sourced from the CullenThe blend is about 80% Marsanne and 20% Roussanne. The Marsanne was fully destemmed and crushed, and fermented on skins (in same way that a red wine is fermented) for 9 days. Some was pressed to barrels, and some remained on skins for a further 12 days. The Roussanne was whole bunched pressed to an old barrel, and fermented in barrel.
