This was common in the Porta units and on other frames using the GEC tape unit

I had these boards on my desk but I am not sure where they came from

Tascam 225 capstan belt from them full tracability toI am gradually pulling apart my tape transport and recorder collection. I pulled out the 225 I was working on , it needs I think 4 belts so managed to order them but for now I have to wait. But the capstan one has arrived and fits nicely, I will offer, a belt kit later
