Providence Size:M: 60 x 40cm The church was later known'Providence', 1794. Allegorical image of Providence, showing the figure of Providence resting on clouds, flanked by putti. The lower putti struggle to support an overflowing cornucopia. The original painting was presented to the City of London by Alderman John Boydell. From the council chamber of the Guildhall, City of London.
